Membership Center

Active membership in the Alumni Association gives you the chance to use USI to its fullest. Alumni who make annual gifts of $25 or more to the USI Annual Fund or to any fund in the USI Foundation are considered active members of the USI Alumni Association. Present your Alumni Association membership card to receive the following benefits

Access to Rice Library walk-in services
Use of USI's career placement services
A continuing education discount of 10% per course
USI Bookstore 10% discount on USI memorabilia
USI Incentive Program discounts at participating businesses
Eligibility to vote and hold an office within the Alumni Association

A membership card is not required for the following:

A subscription to USI Magazine and Connect, the alumni newsletter
Copies of academic transcripts as requested
Discounted rates on alumni credit cards
Discounted rates for car rentals
An invitation to USI annual special events

And many intangible benefits such as networking opportunities, access to career development resources, increased community involvement, and a chance to maintain friendships with former classmates
