Q: When is Camp Eagle?
A: Camp Eagle is Friday, June 20-Sunday, June 22, 2008.

Q: What happens at Camp Eagle?
A: At Camp Eagle students participate in challenging outdoor exercises, team-building activities, educational sessions, and opportunities to learn the history and traditions of the University of Southern Indiana. This program is sponsored by the Office of Student Development Programs, the office that coordinates student activities and organizations at USI.  Check out the Camp Eagle Schedule for more information.

Q: Why should I attend Camp Eagle?
A: Above all, you should attend because Camp Eagle is fun! But also, Camp Eagle is your opportunity to dive into leadership opportunities at USI. You will meet current USI students and staff who will help you plug into fun and enriching student activities and organizations. You will meet other incoming freshmen who share your desire to be a leader in college and start making connections with faculty and staff who are dedicated to helping you reach your full leadership potential.

Q: Where is Camp Eagle held?
A: Camp Eagle is held on the University of Southern Indiana campus. Participants stay on campus in one of USI’s residence halls during the retreat. While most of the activities during the June retreat will occur on campus, a few activities will require transportation off campus, provided by the University, to local sites.

Q: How much does Camp Eagle cost?
A: The fee for Camp Eagle is $50, which includes the cost of your food, lodging, and activities. The fee is non-refundable.  Payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Q: Who can attend Camp Eagle?
A: Preference is given to students who were actively involved in high school organizations and activities, but anyone is welcome to attend.  Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: How do I sign up for Camp Eagle?
A: Simply complete the Camp Eagle Registration Form online with a credit card or print off the registration form and mail it with the registration fee to the Office of Student Development Programs. Space is limited, so register early. The registration deadline is June 11, 2008.
