New Civil Rights and Sexual Misconduct Policy  – On 7/1/15, the University published a new Civil Rights and Sexual Misconduct Policy and its accompanying procedures for reporting and resolving complaints. This policy and procedure reflect the latest development in the University’s continuing efforts to support an inclusive environment that promotes and protects the rights of all members of the University community. Parental Pay Policy Effective July 1, 2015 – The University has recently enhanced our paid time off policies, allowing full-time, regular (non-temporary), benefit-eligible employee-parents up to ten (10) consecutive working days of paid parental leave per fiscal year, following the birth or adoption of a child. Health Savings Account (HSA) Participants: Don’t forget to complete the MyHealth Assessment and other eligible wellness activities to earn financial rewards.

Do you have a Health Savings Account for 2015? You are responsible for making sure that all contributions from you and the University together do not exceed the maximums of $3,350 for single or $6,650 for family (plus a catch-up amount if you are age 55 or over).  Read more about how Health Savings Accounts operate.
