Eagles falls to #12 Kennesaw State

The University of Southern Indiana baseball team could not bounce back from giving up six runs in the first two innings, falling to Kennesaw State University 14-4 on Monday afternoon. USI falls to 4-3 overall, while Kennesaw State raises its record 14-4.
The Screaming Eagles, 1-2 on the spring road, will begin a two-game series with Augusta State University (Georgia) playing a single game on Tuesday, March 6, and Wednesday, March 7.
USI was led today by junior third baseman Brian Branson (Mt. Vernon, Indiana) and designated hitter Toby Pritchard (Ft. Wayne, Indiana), both going two-for-four.
The Eagles will be on the road until Tuesday, March 13, when Oakland City University visits the USI Baseball for a single game.
