The Student Involvement Fair is an excellent opportunity to showcase your unique membership benefits and services. All USI registered student organizations and campus departments wishing to increase visibility, share information, and find new members are encouraged to participate. Participation in the fair costs nothing. If your organization or department is interested in participating, click here to complete the Involvement Fair Registration Form.
Please take note of the
following guidelines for the Student Involvement Fair.
- Student Development will provide one 6' x 2 ½' table and two chairs for your display and distribution materials.
- Open flame, candles, water, angel hair, glitter, confetti, and straw are NOT permitted,
- Selling items is not permitted,
- and amplified sound is NOT permitted. Groups may have a small radio at their table, but MUST keep it at a low level because classes will be in session.
If your organization needs additional space, please indicate on the form. We will do our best to accommodate groups that need additional space, but extra space will be available on a first come first served basis.
INCLEMENT WEATHER PROCEDURES - In the event of inclement weather, the Student Involvement Fair will be cancelled for Wednesday, September 10, and will be rescheduled for Wednesday, September 17 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. All policies, procedures, time, and location will still apply for the September 17 date. Participants signed up for the fair will be notified by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9 if the fair will be cancelled. In the event that there is inclement weather on September 17, participants will be notified by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, September 16. If the fair is cancelled for September 17, the event will not be rescheduled.
