Tent - If organization/department is selecting a tent, please note that no group is allowed to stake any items into the ground. Popup tents are acceptable.

Food/Drinks - If your organization/department is selecting food/drink, you must follow the guidelines set forth by the Vanderburgh County Health Department.

* Please note, ALL tables are ASSIGNED! Electrical outlet access is not available due to the location of the involvement fair. Groups CANNOT stake anything in the ground during the involvement fair.

Please include a detailed description of the resources and materials that you will have at your table.

Student Development will provide one 6' x 2 1/2" table and two chairs for your display and distribution materials.
