Aaron Adkins comes to USI’s University Division via Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. While at Mercer, Aaron served as the Assistant Director of Academic and Advising Services and the Director of New Student Orientation. Having received his BA from Kentucky Wesleyan College and his MAE from Western Kentucky University, Aaron is happy to be back in the tri-state area. Aaron has been a member of NACADA since 2005. In addition to advising, Aaron teaches sections of Freshmen Seminar (UNIV 101) and Career Planning (GENS 111). Aaron encourages USI students to take ownership of their education while ensuring they have access to the tools and resources needed to be academically successful. |
