In order to apply to USI, you will need:
- A completed Application for Undergraduate Admission.
- Official transcripts from all high schools and colleges previously attended.
To expedite the admission process, please ask your guidance counselor to either fax or mail your current transcript to the Office of Admission.
- A non-refundable $35 application fee.
