In order to apply to USI, you will need:

A completed Application for Undergraduate Admission.
Official transcripts from all high schools and colleges previously attended.
A non-refundable $25 application fee.
Pay application fee online

To expedite the admission process, please ask your guidance counselor to either fax or mail your current transcript to USI. Transcripts can be faxed to the Office of Admission at 812-465-7154 or mailed to:

                        Evansville, IN 47712.
