USI SpringFest 2002
SpringFest at USI is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, April 19 and 20.

This first annual event will begin with Opening Ceremonies at 11 a.m. on Friday at the Mainstage, located between the University Center and the Technology Center. Carnival rides for young and old, sixteen different student-operated food booths, sixteen student-run game booths, and a Mainstage with continuous live entertainment will be open until 10 p.m.

On Saturday, the hours of operation are from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Other SpringFest activities include clowns to entertain the children, period re-enactments by the USI Medieval Society, a book fair, and much more! Gospel music, rock, rap, and country entertainers will all be on hand for the two-day free outdoor concert!

SpringFest represents the largest collaborative event ever put together by USI student organizations. Thirty-eight student organizations are co-sponsoring the event. The student Steering Committee has been planning SpringFest since March 2001.

USI alumni, their families and friends are all especially welcome. There is no admission charge. Please come and join in the fun as our special guests!
