2010 Homecoming Court Nomination Form

Thank you for nominating a student for the 2010 Homecoming Court.  When completing this nomination form, please keep the following requirements in mind: Nominees must be on junior or senior status (64 earned credit hours or more at the close of the fall 2009 semester) Nominees must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.600 or higher (at the close of the fall 2009 semester) Nominees should demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, values, and responsibility. Student Organizations can nominate one candidate for king and one candidate for queen. Please complete all sections of the nomination form. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. The deadline to nominate candidates is Friday, November 6, 2009, at 4:30 PM.
