Ms. Bizal specializes in business

development. Her consulting experience is in written and oral business
communication.
Professional Activities:
Ms. Bizal is a member of the Association of Business
Communication, the National Business Education Association, and the Indiana Business
Education Association. She serves on the advisory board of the Ivy Tech State
College Administrative Office Technology Program. Ms. Bizals publications have
been in the areas of teaching-effectiveness and professional development. Her
working papers include a paper on business protocol and employment interviewing, a study
of business communication students attitudes, a study of computers in the business
communication classroom, and a study of casual dress in the workplace.

Professor Choe has broad expertise in the area of marketing
functions. He specializes in distribution strategy and consumer studies.
Professional Activities:
Professor Choe's experience includes studies of retail market
penetration, market expansion, shopping patterns, and American's attitudes toward Japanese
businesses in America. His research interests are Korean business strategy and
international business. He has presented papers at national and international
marketing conferences. Professor Choe's articles have been published in the SAM
Advanced Management Journal, the Journal of Food Products Marketing, and the International
Journal of Retail and Distribution Management.

Professor Ehlen specializes in auditing, financial accounting,
and fraud auditing and forensic accounting. He has twenty years of experience in
public accounting and senior management in both large and small public companies. He
also has been a corporate director and a director of several overseas joint ventures and
has substantial experience in negotiating mergers and acquisitions as well as joint
venture contracts.
Professional Activities:
Professor Ehlen has published in a number of academic and
professional journals including Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory, The CPA
Journal, The Journal of Occupational & Organizational Psychology, The Journal of
Accounting, Ethics, and Public Policy, and The Journal of Accounting and Finance
Research. He is active in professional organizations including the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the American Accounting Association
(AAA), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Indiana CPA Society
(INCPAS). Professor Ehlen has served on several statewide committees for INCPAS and on
both the national research committee and the editorial review board of ACFE.

Professor Foroughi is a member of the Decision Sciences
Institute, the Association for Computer Machinery, the Association of Information
Technology Professionals, and the American Production and Control Society. Dr.
Foroughi has published a number of journal articles on the use of negotiation support
systems and recently published an article on network security threats and countermeasures
in the Journal of Computer Information Systems

Professor Hemaida specializes in quantitative analysis
of decision making. His current research is in the area of multiple criteria
decision analysis with primary goals on Goal Programming and the Analytical Hierarchy
Process (AHP). His most recent journal articles were in the area of auditing.
Dr. Hemaida primarily teaches courses in Operations Research, Quantitative Analysis, and
Operations Management.
Professional Activities:
Professor Hemaida has published studies in a number of
professional journals including: the Journal of Operational Research Society, the Journal
of Applied Business Research, the Managerial Auditing Journal and Applications of
Management. He has done a study of value added by manufacturing in Evansville.

communication and life-long learning. She owns and operates an academic and
professional editing company and manages and produces a classical music radio

modeling and articles in academic journals such as Applied Economics, Services Industries
Journal, the International Economic Journal, Global Business and Finance Review, and the
Journal of Economics and Finance. He has conducted economic impact studies for a
range of organizations including hospitals and charitable organizations and has developed
an economic index for the local economy.

International Association of Management Journal, Health Progress, the Journal of

small businesses on financial and cost accounting and accounting information systems

Ms. Maier-Lytle's teaching emphasis is in the areas of
financial, managerial, and cost accounting. Her current research efforts focus on
cost behavior in manufacturing and health care facilities, with particular emphasis on
activity based costing.
Professional Activities:
Ms. Maier-Lytle is a CPA and has professional
experience in corporate accounting and consulting. She has served as a staff
accountant and consultant in a financial institution and as a management accountant
in a manufacturing facility. She has worked on consulting projects in the areas of
software vendor evaluation, software design and implementation, procedure development and
documentation, new program implementation and survey analysis. She is currently
providing managerial accounting training for a local manufacturing company.
Ms. Maier-Lytle is a member of the local Board of Directors of the Institute of Management
Accountants.

Professor McGuire specializes in managerial accounting
and accounting information systems. He has professional experience in both public
and private accounting. He has served as an administrator of a medical center and as
director of corporate operations for a hospital holding company. He has
consulted for numerous medical groups in the areas of accounting, reimbursement, fee
schedules, information systems, and office administration.
Professional Activities:
Professor McGuire's research has been published in the
Journal of Cost Management, The Journal of Bank Cost and Management Accounting, and the
International Association of Management Journal. He is a member of the National
Board of Directors of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), and serves on
numerous national committees of the IMA. Professor McGuire has served as President
of two IMA Regional Councils and a local chapter of IMA.

Professor Nunn has 30 years of law practice experience
in areas of business, governmental, and international law in such fields as
entrepreneurship, contracts, import-export, distribution, governmental relations, foreign
contracts, immigration, and government contracts. A former municipal judge,
Professor Nunn teaches courses in business law and entrepreneurship. He has
experience in negotiating international contracts, drafting agreements, and working out
import and export difficulties with the governments of the United States and countries in
Europe, Mexico, and Asia, and most recently the African country of Guiana.
Professional Activities:
Professor Nunn has written numerous articles for
general readership on such topics as international trade, licensing, property matters,
agriculture, contracts, and entrepreneurship. His current activities include
research on the tax deductibility of certain business losses, writing a general handbook
on construction law for building contractors, and a textbook on entrepreneurial law.
Professor Nunn is admitted to practice law in the United States Supreme Court, the United
States Tax Court, the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, various federal courts, and
the supreme courts of Colorado and New Mexico.

of pay structures on worker attitudes and gender differences in perceptions of sexual

performance evaluation using various measures including concepts such as EVA (economic

combinations, business forecasting, break-even analysis, and the analysis of operating and
financial leverages. He has done research on dividend policy, capital structure
management, and capital budgeting, option pricing and international financial management.

Professor Rhim has published numerous articles in
academic journals and proceedings, is actively involved in many professional
organizations, and serves as a reviewer for academic journals and conferences.

currently a director of an electronics firm. He has substantial experience in
start-up situations such as new businesses and new divisions of existing companies.
Professional Activities:
Professor Saxby has published in the Journal of
Marketing Management and presented in numerous international, national, and regional
conferences. He has written several papers on marketing strategy, consumer
complaints, and service quality. He is a member of the American Marketing
Association and the Academy of Marketing Science.

Professor Williams teaches in the areas of systems
analysis, decision support systems, strategic information systems, management of
information, and advanced microcomputer applications. Her most recent publications
focus on the legal issues surrounding web page development and Internet usage policies for
employees. She has also conducted research in the areas of information systems
planning, visual decision support systems, methods of delivery for microcomputer courses
and EDP auditing. Professor Williams has taught continuing education classes
on microcomputer skills, spreadsheet and database technology, and the Internet.
Professional Activities:
Professor Williams is an executive board member and
past president of the Society for the Advancement of Information Systems and is a member
of the Decision Sciences Institute and the Association of Information Technology
Professionals (AITP). She reviews texts in the areas of decision support, systems
analysis, and management information systems. Professor Williams has published
research in the European Journal of Information Systems, Information Strategy: The
Executives Journal, the International Business Schools Computing Quarterly, Internal
Auditing, and Real Estate Accounting and Taxation.
