| Larry is Manager of the Center for Human
Resource Development and Instructor in Management at the University
of Southern Indiana. He consults and delivers training for
manufacturing, service, and healthcare organizations on human
resource development issues and organizational performance.

Larry has been in the human resource development and secondary
education fields for over 25 years teaching students and adults the
skills they need for successful careers and life satisfaction.
When Larry is not at USI, he might be at North American Karate
taking or teaching a class. He has a second degree black belt in
American Shotokan Karate and was recently certified in a national
self-protection program.
