BiographySang T. Choe is a Professor of Marketing, BA from Keimyung University, Daegu, Korea; MIM from American Graduate School of International Management, Glendale, Arizona; MBA, University of North Texas, Denton, Texas; DBA, Mississippi State University, Mississippi State, Mississippi. His areas of research interest are consumer acculturation, international business and research methodology. He has presented papers at national and international marketing conferences. Dr. Choe's research works have been published in North Korean Review, The Multinational Business Review, International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, Journal of Food Product Marketing, SAM Advanced Management Journal, Mid-American Journal of Business, International Journal of Commerce and Management, and others. He previously served on the faculty at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Dr. Choe was active in promoting the University of Southern Indiana-Keimyung University of Korea Exchange Program. Serving as the Chair of the International Task Force at USI, he spearheaded internationalizing the curriculum and campus life of USI. He was the recipient of the 1998 Faculty Award in Excellence in Service. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Midwest Marketing Association. He is currently a member of American Marketing Association and Academy of International Business Studies.
