Alpha Kappa Psi - Theta Phi Chapter
Alpha Kappa Psi is a national co-ed professional business fraternity. AKPsi enhances as well as supplements academic training.
The fraternity prepares you to excel in the real world of business by providing opportunities to develop important leadership, organizational, time management, and communication skills. Some ways of accomplishing this include job shadowing, speakers and workshops, corporate tours, community involvement, and networking opportunities with alumni and faculty.
Through membership in Alpha Kappa Psi, individuals establish lifelong friendships with thousands of brothers and alumni across the country. AKPsi is open to those students in the College of Business who are at least a second-semester freshman and in good standing.
Mission Statement:
The Theta Phi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi is dedicated to enhancing the
higher education of business students at USI.
We focus on expanding the knowledge and skills of our members in the areas of communication, leadership, networking, and professional development.
We strive to be proactive in the areas of recruitment, community service, and technological change, in order to promote growth and expertise in the fraternity, university, and community. We will accomplish this through commitment to our chapter and its members' goals.
