Internal Delivery and Pickup
9:30 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Internal mail collected on the last courier run will be delivered the morning of the next working day.

Accountable USPS Mail (certified, registered, insured)
Must arrive at Distribution Services by 3 p.m. to be prepared for the last U.S. Postal Service delivery.

Regular U.S. Mail (going to US Postal Service)
Mail early....beat the crunch. The last collection from USI mail stops is dispatched to the U.S. Postal Service at approximately 3:30 p.m.

Expedited mail (next morning, next day, 2nd day)
Each carrier has different cutoff times depending on type of service and destination. USI has corporate accounts with DHL (3:15 p.m.), Federal Express (3:15 p.m.), UPS (3:15 p.m.) and USPS (3:15 p.m.).
