Authorized Payer

You are able to authorize others to make payments to your personal accounts.

Sign on to MyUSI at www.usi.edu/start
On the Main MyUSI page, click on Self Service
On the Self Service page, click on Student
On the Student page, click on the Student Account link
Select View Bills/Pay Online
From the View Bills/Pay Online page, choose Authorized Payer

In compliance with the Family Educational Rights Privacy Act (FERPA), your student account information may not be released to a third party (e.g. spouse, parents, sponsor, etc.) without your written permission. By creating an Authorized Payer, you are giving written permission for that individual to review your account information, to discuss your account with the Office of the Bursar staff, and to make payments toward your account. The permission will remain in effect until you delete the Authorized Payer from the system.
