We'd like to extend to you the opportunity to do business with the University of Southern Indiana.

We have several methods by which to accomplish this and they are as follows:

1.    Register to receive future contacts, bids and quotes for products or services which your company offers.

2.    View our site of current Request for Proposals.

3.    Set up a meeting to discuss your company and its products or services with our Purchasing staff. You may either call our office at 812 464-1848 or you may email Procurement Services to discuss or set up an appointment.

Due to the overwhelming number of companies registering for USI’s bidder’s list, we cannot automatically send request for proposal packages. All items requiring request for proposal are listed on the website. Please monitor our site and call 812-464-1848 to order a specific request for proposal package.
