Reservations are required to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.

Doors open at Roberts Stadium at 1 p.m.

All degree candidates are to report to the Marshaling area on the lower level of Roberts Stadium no later than 1:30 p.m. on May 8.

Line-up for the procession begins promptly at 2 p.m. Degree candidates will line up according to colleges. If you have a double major, please line-up with the college in which you prefer to be recognized. If you are majoring in secondary education, you will line in the college of you area (i.e. math, art, etc) NOT in the College of Education.

Please take care of all restroom breaks before 2 p.m.

Those arriving later than 2:20 p.m. may not be permitted to line-up with their college.

Please try to ride with other graduates or family members, as parking is limited.

To protect your personal belongings, DO NOT bring valuables or cell phones into the robing area. The area will not be secure during the ceremony.

Cell phones will be collected for the duration of the ceremony.

It is advisable to wear flat shoes you will be standing for an extended period of time.

No tickets or admission fees apply, so early arrival will ensure better seating for your guests.
