Appointments to see a counselor may be made in person (OC 1051) or by telephone (812-464-1867) Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Generally, appointments are scheduled one week in advance except in emergency situations.

I set my appointment to meet with a counselor, what do I do now?
When you arrive for your initial appointment, you will be asked to fill out some paperwork on the computer.  This paperwork will assist your counselor in better meet ing your counseling needs.
