The Counseling Center is available for consultation to assist faculty and staff in their work with students. However,
we do not provide counseling
to faculty and staff, which is available through the University's EAP (Employee Assistance Program) provider, Deaconess CONCERN.
Services provided by
are confidential and
include assessment, short-term counseling, referral, and follow-up services. Employees and members of their household are eligible for up to eight free visits; additional visits are covered by most health plans. The cost of the EAP is paid by the University.
