The Counseling Center regularly delivers workshops and programs designed to promote wellness and support a healthy campus climate. Please see our Outreach & Programming Guide, and regularly check our website and Facebook page, for details about upcoming events and programs. We are happy to provide proof of attendance should you decide to require attendance or if faculty choose to offer extra credit.
We regularly deliver programs to students, faculty and staff. Some typical programs include assisting distressed students, suicide prevention, stress management, healthy relationships, mental health 101, healthy eating, and more.
