Publishing Policy

All publications must be reviewed by the director or assistant director of Creative and Print Services for quality, content, logo/wordmark usage and postal regulations. 

  • It is University policy that all printing, copying and graphic design on behalf of the University of Southern Indiana be performed by or purchased through the Creative and Print Services department.

  • Publications must comply with adopted University standards and editorial guidelines. Creative and Print Services and University Communications assures publications are in compliance with all established standards. 

  • Any off-campus design, printing or copying must be arranged by or have prior authorization of the director or assistant director of Creative and Print Services.
