Meet the Staff
Disability Resources Coordinator
Ronda joined the USI staff in February of 2013. She earned her BS degree in Social Science /Psychology from USI in 1987 and worked for 23 years at Qualex in Quality Control and Management. She returned to USI to complete the Transition to Teaching program and holds an Educator license in Elementary Education and Special Education with a computer endorsement. Ronda worked for the University of Evansville as the Disability Services Coordinator from 2007 to 2013.
Julie has been employed by USI since 2010. After working as an administrative assistant in the Counseling Center for one year, she transferred to the Office of Disability Resources when it became a separate entity in July 2013. Prior to her career at USI, Julie worked at a local elementary school for 8 years as a paraprofessional in their Special Needs Program. This school was one of the first Catholic schools in the area to have a program designed to “mainstream” students with disabilities into the regular classroom.
