International Programs & Services (ISP)

IPS works to enhance the international dimensions of the university through programming designed to meet the needs of international students at USI, development and coordination of overseas study programs, and providing access to study abroad opportunities for international experiences for all USI students. IPS also coordinate campus and community outreach programs in order to foster communication and learning and international awareness both at USI and in the community.

Religous Life

The Office of Religious Life provides a venue for students of all faiths to connect with like-minded students as well as to gain understanding and appreciation of diverse religions. This office facilitates different student religious clubs, religious retreats, religious study groups, service opportunities, and provides information for students about community religious opportunities.

The following clubs, services, and programming coordinated by the Office of Religious Life help to promote and nurture diversity at USI and in the community:

 

Multicultural Center

The MCC works to increase diversity programming and visibility at USI and to facilitate multicultural experience on campus. The MCC facilitates diversity workshops across campus aimed at enhancing awareness of diversity as is relates to race, gender, religion, nationality, age, sexual orientation, disabilities, and more. The MCC also provides a variety of services, programming, and organizations to the USI community.

Veterans Affairs

Recognizing that US military members and their families have special needs and concerns and that their presence on this campus helps to increase the diversity of students, this office works to aid veterans in the transition from military to civilian life. They offer a variety of support services and programming for veterans and their families.

The following services and programming coordinated by this office help to promote and nurture diversity at USI and in the community:

  • Veterans Support Services
  • Veterans Support Monthly Breakfast / Cookout
  • Student Veteran Association Club
