Students will demonstrate sports skills with an understanding of rules, terminology, strategy and etiquette necessary for participation in physical activity. The student and his/her advisor will select 100-level activity classes appropriately.

Students will assess present level of physical fitness and wellness and establish behavior modification strategies to address areas which need improvement. Topics of discussion include nutrition, weight control, components of physical fitness, stress management, tobacco use and addictive behaviors, sexually transmitted diseases.
