Instructor in EducationManager of Accreditation and Licensure
Since 1992 I have been involved in all aspects of the USI Teacher Education program. My present position is that of NCATE manager and instructor. The University of Southern Indiana is an NCATE accredited institution. The Department of Teacher Education works very hard to maintain the high standards needed to meet accreditation.
As instructor I teach the Introduction to Education and the Synthesis to Elementary Education classes. I also supervise elementary and secondary student teachers and assist the Director of Field Experiences in early field placements.
