Faculty and Staff
Patricia Davidson
This year I will be teaching two sections of Multicultural Education as well as two special education classes, Collaborative Partnerships and a class dealing with Transition.
Having 20 plus years of experience teaching at all grade levels K- 12, I have taught both in the general education classroom as well as the special education classroom. Because of our 25 year old truly exceptional son Zach, I view special education from two unique perspectives, that of a parent/advocate and that of a special education teacher. As an instructor in the special education department at USI, I like to think my students benefit from both perspectives.
My husband Tom and I also have a 24 year old son Seth, who will be teaching in the Fine Arts Department at USI and a nine year old daughter Rosa, our multicultural addition from Kazakhstan.
