USI STUDENT HEALTH CENTER: Important information about the H1N1 flu virus.
The University of Southern Indiana wants students, faculty, and support staff to be prepared for seasonal and H1N1 flu season. The poster, H1N1 Information and Precautions (PDF), offers actions to stay healthy and lists symptoms of the flu. It can serve as a good reminder for your office, residence hall room, or apartment and is available as a PDF to print and post.
Self-report symptoms
In an effort to monitor how many students, faculty, and staff have symptoms of the flu, the Student Health Center asks you to self-report if you experience flu-like symptoms. The self-reporting form is on the Student Health Center web site at http://www.usi.edu/studenthealth/. The short form takes little time to complete but the information it provides is important as the University continues to assess the health of the campus community.
