Writing an Abstract
Project Award -
Project grant deadlines are the first Friday of the month for each of the following months:
- September
- October
- November
- December
- February
- March
- April
* Note- There is no proposal deadline in January, May, June, July or August. Proposals should be turned in at the next available deadline.
All propsals for summer research are also due the first Friday in April . All proposals should be turned into the office of Grants and Sponsored Research (WA 104K) no later than 4:00 PM on the date of the deadline.
Presentation Award -
Presentation Award deadlines are at least 30 days prior to the date of travel, or prefereably, as soon as you are accepted to present your research or creative work. This is necessary to allow both the Endeavor committee time to review the proposal and the Travel Services office time to process the Travel authorization paperwork. Proposals should be turned into the office of Grants and Sponsored Research (WA 104K) .
Endeavor Undergraduate Research and Creative Works Symposium -
The symposium takes place in Early April each year. The abstract submission form will be available beginning February 15th of each year. It will be open for a period of 5 weeks durng which time any student who wishes to participate should submit their abstract electronically. Any student who is an undergraduate is encouraged to participate in this campus wide event. Students who received money from the program are required to participate.
