Awards Criteria

Collaboration Award
The Collaboration Award recognizes the team leader and the team members who have spearheaded a collaborative effort that has substantially impacted a department, several departments, the campus, faculty and staff or students and families. Examples can include developing a streamlined or automated process, designing a new process or developing a program that serves students or staff. Members of the team will also be recognized for their contribution to the team. Please list each team member's name on the nomination form.

Eligibility
The Collaboration Award is open to employees in Enrollment Management. Team members may also include employees from outside Enrollment Management. The Vice President of Enrollment Management, Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Registrar, Director of Student Financial Assistance, and Assistant Vice President for Academic Success are not eligible to be nominated for individual awards or as a team leader but may be recognized for their contributions for collaborative awards.

Outstanding Administrator Award
The Outstanding Administrator Award recognizes an administrator who exhibits exceptional performance above and beyond his or her normal job duties. Exceptional performance could be a major accomplishment, excellent work ethic or outstanding customer service which significantly contributed to the goals of Enrollment Management. Please be sure to provide examples how the individual has gone above and beyond in his or her duties. Be specific, and let the committee know how this occurred.

Eligibility
The Outstanding Administrator Award is open to full-time administrative employees in Enrollment Management, excluding the Vice President of Enrollment Management, Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Registrar, Director of Student Financial Assistance, and Assistant Vice President for Academic Success.

Outstanding Support Staff Award
The Outstanding Support Staff Award recognizes an Enrollment Management staff member who exhibits exceptional performance above and beyond his or her normal job duties. Exceptional performance could be a major accomplishment, excellent work ethic or outstanding customer service which significantly contributed to the goals of Enrollment Management. Please be sure to provide examples how the individual has gone above and beyond in his or her duties. Be specific and let the committee know how this occurred.

Eligibility
The Outstanding Support Staff Award is open to full-time support staff employees in Enrollment Management.

Knowledge for Life Award
The Knowledge for Life Award recognizes an individual who has made outstanding contributions beyond his or her position to professional development, thereby enhancing the quality of professionalism in Enrollment Management. The employee provides or supports professional development activities for Enrollment Management staff members and demonstrates commitment to his or her own professional development.

Eligibility
The Knowledge for Life Award is open to full-time administrative employees in Enrollment Management, excluding directors of Undergraduate Admissions and Student Financial Assistance, the Registrar and the Assistant Vice President for Academic Success.

Friend of Enrollment Management Award
The Friend of Enrollment Management Award recognizes up to three individuals and/or groups/organizations outside Enrollment Management who have made outstanding and/or sustained contributions to the mission and vision of Enrollment Management.

Eligibility
The Friend of Enrollment Management Award is open to full-time University employees outside Enrollment Management.

Outstanding New Professional Award
The Outstanding New Professional Award recognizes a new Enrollment Management employee who has made outstanding contributions toward achieving departmental goals, divisional goals and Enrollment Management core values. Nominees must have between 6 months and 3 years of full-time professional experience.

Eligibility
The Outstanding New Professional Award is open to full-time employees in Enrollment Management, excluding the Vice President of Enrollment Management, Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Registrar, Director of Student Financial Assistance, and Assistant Vice President for Academic Success.

Innovation Award
The Innovation Award recognizes an individual or team whose innovative work or suggestions significantly improve operational efficiencies, introduces a new or modified business practice or improves work process, workflow or customer service.

Eligibility
The Innovation Award is open to full-time employees in Enrollment Management. Team members also may include employees from outside Enrollment Management. The Vice President of Enrollment Management, Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Registrar, Director of Student Financial Assistance, and Assistant Vice President for Academic Success are not eligible to be nominated for individual awards or as a team leader but may be recognized for their contributions for innovative awards.
