Survey of Contemporary Broadcasting
(3 semester hours)

A history and survey of broadcasting. This course traces the development of broadcasting to the present day, with emphasis on contemporary broadcasting with its social, cultural, and economic implications.

  $ This course has been identified as a Career and Technical Educational course receiving postsecondary credit identified in the Indiana Department of Education's approved career pathways. Under the authority granted to the Indiana CHE, the rate charged to Indiana students for the identified Dual Credit Priority Liberal Arts courses shall not exceed $25 per credit hour.
