Dual credits earned through CAP
will not automatically appear on your academic record unless you
enroll as an undergraduate student at the University of Southern Indiana upon
graduation from high school.
If you plan to attend any other
college or university, you will need to begin the credit transfer process by
requesting, in
writing, that an official transcript of your academic record be
sent to the school of your choice.
When attending orientation and meeting with your advisor to schedule
classes, it is strongly suggested that you print an unofficial transcript
via MyUSI to prevent signing up for a class you already have credit for. Let
your advisor know that you have officially requested a transcript for your
school and that it is being processed. An unofficial transcript can be
accessed via MyUSI. If you no longer have your MyUSI login information, call
the MyUSI helpline at 812/465-1080. Do note that the CAP student must be the
caller due to privacy laws in place and you will be asked security questions
to verify your identity.
Once logged into to MyUSI, follow the steps below for your unofficial
transcript.
1. Click on the 'MyUSI' link up near the very top of the page
2. Log in using the gray login box
3. Select the blue folder 'Self Service' icon on the left hand side of the
screen
4. Screen should show 'Main Menu'
5. Click the blue 'Student' hyperlink
6. On the 'Student' screen, click the third blue link 'Student Records'
7. Click the link that says 'Unofficial Transcript'
8. Click 'Submit' without selecting anything from the drop down menus (leave
those alone)
9. Print out the unofficial transcript for advisor/orientation/class
registration
Transcript
requests will be processed only for those students who have met all financial
obligations to the University.

Application to the College Achievement Program is not an application for regular admission to the University of Southern Indiana. If you are interested in attending USI as a full-time student upon graduation from high school, complete an online application, pay the $25 application fee, submit an official high school transcript and all official ACT or SAT scores to the Office of Admission.
