Charmaine McDowell, director of the Center for Human Resource Development, is responsible for offering a wide array of organizational and professional development courses for the regional business community. In addition, Charmaine conducts on-site visits at organizations to assess training needs. Charmaine holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University. Rebecca Deeg is program coordinator for the Center for Human Resource Development. She can guide you in selecting the right training course and provide information on USI noncredit business and professional development courses, including IT certifications, computer applications, certificate programs, and leadership development courses. She oversees public noncredit professional development programs and the Basic Orientation Plus/Refresher courses. Rebecca holds a BA in English/Public Relations from St. Mary-of-the-Woods College.
