Personal Coaching
How do you assist good, solid employees who need improvement in overcoming behaviors that are keeping them from being successful? Personal coaching sessions are designed to assist an employee in improving his effectiveness in a variety of areas, such as work relationships, communication, presentation skills, management, and leadership. By meeting with the employee one-on-one, the coach reveals entrenched behaviors the employee has developed and has difficulty recognizing on his own. This training reduces the amount of classroom time by focusing directly and immediately on the behavior that needs to be improved or eliminated.
To discuss personal coaching sessions and how they may benefit your
organization, call Charmaine McDowell at 812/464-1629.
