LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK
BELT/KAIZEN NO. BUS590
This Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification Program
prepares participants to become competent, data-driven Lean Six
Sigma practitioners. Participants role play as a Lean Six Sigma
project team to apply all DMAIC tools taught in class to solve a
live in-class project over the four weeks of training. This hands-on
approach is technically challenging to ensure all participants learn
how to apply the right solutions that can produce permanent
financial results. To assure our participants have all the right
tools available, this program integrated Kaizen Leader Training as
part of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC roadmap. Participants need to
provide their own laptops and Minitab Statistical Software version
14 or higher. USI is partnering with the local Workforce Development
office to assist organizations with applying for training grants.
