USI’s award-winning Management Diagnostic Center uses well-recognized and accepted assessment center methodology to develop comprehensive training needs profiles for supervisors, managers, and those aspiring to management positions. Through simulations and exercises, participants will encounter challenges and tasks common to a broad spectrum of supervisory and management positions. Observations and evaluations by expert assessors using behaviorally anchored standards will be combined to generate a Diagnostic Summary and Developmental Recommendations. Specially formulated USI supervisory/management development courses and seminars are offered to meet the training needs identified during the diagnostic session. When appropriate, participants will be referred to community programs and organizations for further and specialized professional development.
