USI’s award-winning Management Diagnostic Center uses well-recognized and accepted assessment center methodology to evaluate leadership skills and develop comprehensive training needs profiles for supervisors, managers, and those aspiring to management positions. It is the recommended starting point for noncredit leadership development education at USI. Through simulations and exercises, participants encounter challenges and tasks common in supervision. Observations and evaluations by expert assessors using behaviorally anchored standards combine to generate a diagnostic summary and developmental recommendations.
