Evansville residents can learn about, discuss, and help forge approaches to Indiana's local government reform initiatives as proposed by the Kernan-Shepherd Commission.   While Evansville and Vanderburgh County already have consolidated a number of government entities and functions (e.g., the libraries, the school corporation), many others remain separate, despite two separate proposals for unified government.
