more important for American business people to understand Japanese business
practices and customs.
Participants in this program will receive practical business information and will benefit from the perspectives of several tri-state business people who share their experiences in working with Japanese companies and business people. Topics to be covered include: Effective practices in business dealings; Awareness of the subtleties of nonverbal communication; Japanese thought patterns; and Japanese attitudes toward work, life, and family.
