Developing the skills and talents of up-and-coming leaders is an important aspect of economic development, as well as vital to the businesses, organizations, and communities served.  USI Extended Services offers several avenues for leadership development, including customized programs for business and industry, the Connect with Southern Indiana program for fostering regional citizenship, and public noncredit and online courses for individuals.
