Charmaine McDowell, director of the Center for Human
Resource Development, is responsible for offering a wide array of organizational
and professional development courses for the regional business community. In
addition, Charmaine conducts on-site visits at organizations to assess training
needs. Charmaine holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Indiana State

Danielle Beebe, Senior Program Assistant, is responsible for the coordination, administration and promotion of the various Center for Human Resource Development projects, particularly Connect with Southern Indiana. Danielle holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Georgia. |
