The Parents and Families Association purpose is to help parents and families "Share The Experience" with their student. Through the USI Parents & Families Association, you will be informed about the academic and social environment of the University. The USI Parents & Families Association helps families to be actively engaged in their students’ college experience by participating in campus programs and activities specifically geared toward families. We help you stay connected!

Active members may fill a leadership role on the USI Parents & Families Council. The 21-member Council is the governing body of the USI Parents & Families Association. It meets quarterly to plan and discuss the Association’s activities.   

All members of the USI Parents & Families Association are invited to fulfill other leadership roles. You may serve as a mentor to parents of new students or volunteer your talents for University events and activities.
