Students who borrowed Stafford Loans from banks, credit unions, and other private lenders and who are about to graduate, transfer out, or simply stop out for a semester must complete exit counseling. You were told about this requirement when you completed your loan entrance counseling.  Note that official USI academic transcripts are not released until the exit counseling requirement is completed.

Please complete your counseling requirements by clicking on the appropriate choice below. If you do not have an OpenNet user ID and password, click on "Create A New Account" before attempting to complete exit counseling.  Put your OpenNet user ID and password in a safe place for future use.  If you have any questions as you complete your session, you may contact your student financial assistance counselor at 812/464-1767 or 800/467-1965.  You may also email questions directly from the counseling pages.
