Students who borrowed Stafford Loans through the William D. Ford Direct Loan Program and who are about to graduate, transfer out, or simply stop out for a semester must complete exit counseling. The exit interview requirement was covered at new student orientation and when you completed your loan entrance counseling.  Since the exit interview is a federal requirement, official USI academic transcripts are not released until it is completed.

Please complete your counseling requirements by clicking on the appropriate choice below. You must identify yourself on the Direct Loan web site using your federal PIN.  If you don't remember your federal PIN, go to PIN Registration to request a duplicate PIN.  Keep your PIN in a safe place for future use.
