All served dinners include salad, chef's choice of vegetable, dinner roll,
beverages, and dessert. Please see salad and dessert selections below.
Chicken Entrees
Burgundy Chicken - $15.35 per person
Chicken breast seasoned and sauted with shallots and burgundy wine, finished
with a demi-glac. Served with savory rice.
Chicken Dijon - $15.35 per person
Marinated chicken breast sauted in white wine and topped with creamy dijon
sauce. Served over wild rice.
Sauted Chicken Provencal - $15.35 per
person
A seasoned chicken breast sauted with garlic, white wine, tomatoes, black
olives, fresh basil, and garnished with toasted parmesan. Served with steamed
new potatoes.
Chicken Breast Apple Almandine - $15.75
per person
Apple snapps Marinated chicken breast, sauted and topped with apples and
toasted almonds. Served on a bed of rice.
Smothered Chicken - $15.75 per person
Grilled chicken breast topped with hickory bacon and sauted mushrooms then
smothered with Swiss cheese. Served with rosemary roasted red skin potatoes.
Chicken Florentine - $17.00 per person
A marinated chicken breast, rolled with spinach stuffing and sauted, served
with basil cheese sauce over wild rice.
Breast of Chicken New Hampshire - $15.90
per person
A breaded and baked chicken breast stuffed with mushrooms and served with a
roasted tomato risotto.
Chicken Parmesan-$15.35 Boneless chicken breast breaded in a secret mixture sauted and top with our home made marinara sauce. Served over a bed of angle hair pasta.
Beef Entrees
Ribeye Steak $21.85 per
person
Seasoned and prepared to individual preferences, served with twice baked potatoes smothered with
cheddar cheese, chives, and bacon.
Roast Prime Rib au Jus - $27.70 per
person
Seasoned slow roasted Prime Rib, served with twice baked potatoes smothered with
cheddar cheese, chives, and bacon.
New York Strip Steak - $20.95 per person
Served with sauted mushrooms and prepared to individual preferences, with
seasoned scalloped potatoes.
Pork Entrees
Medallions of Pork - $20.90 per person
Canadian pork loin sliced into medallions, seared and topped with cider bourbon
glaze. Served with powder horn potatoes and chef's choice vegetables.
Pork tenderloin-$20.90 Succulent Medallions served with apples and onions accompanied with roasted red bliss potatoes and fresh Green bean.
Fish and Seafood Entrees
Grilled Swordfish with Avocado Butter -
$19.85 per person
A marinated swordfish with dollops of avocado butter served with corn risotto,
fanned sugar snap peas, and chef's choice of vegetables.
Poached Salmon - $21.00 per person
Salmon poached with Chardonnay placed on bed of wilted spinach, with caper dill
sauce and garnished with roasted leeks.
Chilean Sea bass-$27.70 This delicate dish is baked and served atop of a bed of delicious couscous and accompanied with Chef's Moroccan Salsa and Chef's choice of vegetables.
Vegetarian Entrees
Vegetable Stir-Fry - $14.65 per person
Oriental vegetables sauted al dente and served over jasmine rice.
Portabella Mushroom Ravioli - $17.00 per
person
Italian pasta stuffed with portabella mushrooms, topped with a light parmesan
sauce.
Wild Mushroom Strudel - $18.55 per person
Portabella and porcini mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, and tomatoes wrapped in a
flaky phyllo dough.
