These menu options are available to any student group registered with the Student Development Office and holding a USI account.

Snack Items for Pick-up
The items below are priced for student group pick-up only, events requiring full catering service will be charged at normal pricing. Orders may be picked up from the catering office (during business hours) or from the Loft (after 5:00 pm).

All service ware (bowls, platters, utensils, etc.) must be returned to the Catering Office or the Loft immediately following the event. Lost or damaged items will be charged to the student group account. Events ending after 9:00 pm must make arrangement with the catering manager.

Plates and napkins are not included, but may be purchased for an additional $0.31 per person.

Buffets
Minimum guarantee of 25 guests required, no menu item substitutions available. All buffets include china, silverware, glassware, linen, and self-service beverage station.
