Asset Allocation Guidelines
SECTION III: REBALANCING THE PORTFOLIOS
The Committee, with assistance from the investment consultant, will
be responsible for monitoring asset class exposures in the Portfolio. On a
periodic basis, the Portfolio's current asset mix will be evaluated. Market
values of assets at quarter end will be used for this evaluation.
If the total market value of a Portfolio's asset components (when stated as a percentage of total assets) lies outside the ranges established within this IPS, the Committee may request the appropriate investment manager(s) to adjust their portfolio to rebalance the total plan into a position of policy compliance.
