Dr. Darrel Bigham, professor of history, was on hand for the dedication of the
new USI Visionaries recognition wall which hangs in the University Center.
USI visionaries are defined as trustees, faculty, administrators, and staff who
have established or been honored by scholarships and awards benefiting USI
students. Dr. Bigham was the first member of the faculty to establish a
scholarship in 1976.
The USI Visionaries display is the gift of USI Trustees
Bruce Baker and Jim Will Sr., and Pat O'Daniel in memory of his father, Trustee
