Deadlines and Forms for Annual Events

Forms for Recurring Events

Philanthropy Registration  One (1) week prior to event 
Recruitment Event Registration  One (1) week prior to event or date established by SDP 
Recruitment Application  Three (3) days prior to invitation to join
PNM Grade release Form Three (3) days prior to invitation to join
Grade Release Card
(must be picked up from SDP)
1½ weeks after a new member joins 
IFC/Panhellenic Grade Release  Turned in with Candidate Info Packet at noon on the day of elections 

Notes About Forms and Deadlines:

Philanthropy Registration: coordinators must submit number of service hours and amount of money donated to the charity within 48 hours of the event’s completion.

Roster Updates: should be communicated to Program Advisor within one week of the addition/subtraction.

Forms that are not filled out completely or do not provide enough detail will be returned and must be clarified before the event can be scheduled or approved!

*Remember that these forms are a part of the evaluation process for the VPACE!!*
