2009 Mid-America Institute on Aging
The Mid-America Institute on Aging (MAIA) is a two day multi-disciplinary gerontology conference attracting older adults, lay persons, and professionals working in the field of gerontology.
National and local speakers provide practical tools and ground-breaking information related to successful aging and gerontology.
The Institute, sponsored by the University of Southern Indiana (USI) and the Southwestern Indiana Regional Council on Aging (SWIRCA) will be held
August 12 and 13, 2009
at USI and is expected to attract 300 plus participants from the tri-state area.
